an auditing fee - When all of the following conditions are met:
- Secure Law Center, P.C. cannot obtain an offer from your lender.
- A Foreclosure sale had not been set as of the day you’re returned to us a
signed service agreement, your completed mitigation documents and full payment of
our fee.
- You kept all of your obligations under the terms of the retainer agreement and responsibilities
as a client to furnish documents as requested by Intake Managers.
Your refund guarantee will always be spelled out in your retainer agreement.
